With the strategic foresight to tap the skills and enthusiasm of young and gifted minds in the field of Information Technology, fresh graduate students and on-the-job trainees are among the very first employees of PHILWEBSERVICES, Inc. The company started out as an affiliate program and eventually branched out and expanded its product line to include web hosting services. Having recognized the viability of investing in a number of handpicked students who displayed exceptional skills and passion for computer and web technology, PHILWEBSERVICES, Inc. provided extensive trainings and learning opportunities for qualified individuals to further hone skills and harness latent potentials.
